bizSAFE Consultant in Singapore
The bizSAFE programme, supported by the Ministry of Manpower was designed to help companies build workplace safety and health capabilities. Though bizSAFE is structured as a 5-step programme, your company may apply for a level directly as long as it meets the level's requirements
An individual classified as “Top Management” in a company can demonstrate their commitment towards WSH by undergoing this accreditation programme. And by working with a bizSAFE consultant for your Level 1, 2, 3, 4 or Star accreditation, you can comply with regulatory requirements, effectively improving your corporate reputation.
New Requirement (01 Jan 2026)
From 1 January 2026, Risk Management (RM) implementation audits will include verification checks on speed limiters installed in lorries.
This is because installation and effective implementation of speed limiters are among the reasonably practicable control measures that would mitigate the risk of serious injury when commuting in lorries. As part of bizSAFE application or renewal, companies without speed limiters in any of their lorries would not be able to complete a satisfactory RM audit from 1 January 2026 onwards. Different Levels of bizSAFE
As a bizSAFE consultant, we offer assistance for several accreditation levels – Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level Star. Through a step-by-step process, these levels will help you develop comprehensive WSH management systems.
Note: bizSAFE Level 3 certificate is the minimum level required for any contracts and tenders with bizSAFE Partners, main construction firms, government sectors, etc.
To embark on the Level 1, CEO/ Director has to attend a 3-hour Top Executive WSH Programme. This course can also be completed online via e-learning. Upon completion of this course, CEO/ Director will receive a “Certificate of Completion
Your company must nominate a Risk Management (RM) Champion to attend the Level 2 course on “WSH Control Measures”. The duration of this bizSAFE course is 2 days. At the end of the course, the RM Champion will be able to understand the concept of Risk Management and legal requirements under WSH (Risk Management) Regulations. The participant will attain a “Statement of Attainment” when they have fully completed the course
All workplaces covered under the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) must conduct risk assessments for every work activity and process carried out at their workplaces.
This is an important step towards complying with the requirements in the WSHA and all related legislations. In order to attain bizSAFE Level 3 status, your company must engage an MOM Approved WSH Auditor to assess your company’s implementation of the Risk Management System.
Our experienced consultants can assist you in this journey of ensuring Risk Management is implemented at your workplace prior to engaging a third-party MOM Approved WSH Auditor.

After attaining bizSAFE Level 3 certification, a Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) Programme Lead in your company must attend the 4-day bizSAFE Level 4 course. After which, your company may apply for bizSAFE Level 4 status.
Lastly, to achieve bizSAFE STAR status, your company must obtain ISO 45001 Certification issued by an Accredited Certification Body, accompanied by an RM Audit Report by MOM Approved Auditing Organization.
