Incident Investigation Audit

Reliable Incident Investigation Audit / Business Under Surveillance Programme Audit

When a workplace accident occurs, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) may require the organisation to engage an MOM Approved WSH Auditing Organization and SAC Accredited WSH Auditing Organization to conduct an independent Risk Management Audit and Incident Investigation Audit.

What is the BUS programme audit?

Once you receive the notification from MOM to conduct an Incident Investigation Audit by MOM Approved WSH Auditing Organization and SAC Accredited WSH Auditing Organization, you can contact our team and we will advise of the nature of audit required based on your nature of industry, staff strength, etc. A typical directed audit will include an audit of the organization’s Risk Management System, an audit of the organization’s Workplace Safety and Health Management System and an investigation of the incident. The audit is expected to span between 2-6 Man Days.

Our team of professional auditors

An approved auditor from a MOM Approved WSH Organization needs to carry out an audit on the company SHMS to ensure all gaps have been identified and closed. An audit report will then be submitted to the companies under the programme which they will then need to submit to the governing body. The company will then be reviewed based on this audit of their WSH Performance and if satisfied, they will then be lifted from BUS programme.
